There is a new level of understanding coming through, particularly relating to the end of a belief system. Don’t let your culture hold your heart hostage. Reflect on your internal world and be kind to yourself and stop the self-sabotage and mental abuse. Do more healing, meditation and quiet time.
May brings with it money, love and self-esteem. Check, where are you investing your time, money and love? Is it in alignment with your higher good and are you happy? A change is as good as a holiday and this is a good time to redo everything. You are not a tree, you can move.
Mercury went into retrograde on the 28th April and finishes on the 23rd of May. We have 5 planets which are in retrograde and it’s really tough out there. People are wanting to build walls around themselves and just disappear, but life needs to carry on. It’s a vital time to keep yourself grounded and really take good care of every aspect of your daily living in order to get past this difficult stage. You will always prioritise what’s important to you, so right now YOU are important to YOU!! So make that time for yourself and stop making excuses.
Do this by flushing out false beliefs, lies, impurities, unforgiveness, shame, blame, conflict, and mostly judgement on yourself and others. Remember that you are an extremely valuable human being and you don’t always have to be right, you just need to love yourself. Co-operate with others and LISTEN to what they are saying. Be flexible, gentle and kind at all times. A bit of kindness goes a long way, firstly and foremost to yourself, and then others.
You will be pondering over your life according to your past experiences and thinking about how you want to live the rest of your life? Spiritual discovery helps you to heal the wounds of the past. You might be saying “why bother, what difference will it make, what is the point”? It’s not going to go away, so face up to it and sort it out, as uncomfortable as it may be, just do it. Once you have decided to move forward and fix what you did not manage in the past, a huge burden will be lifted and the body will heal on a cellular level, changing everything about you. Only you can make the difference you need in your life, so be that difference.
Doubt and fear will only produce more harm. Stay centred and within yourself. Breathe deep, long and slow as often as possible when under stress. Place a note on your computer saying – BREATHE!! As this is your life.
Listen to yourself more clearly during this accelerated time of self-change
